Q: What information does Quadrangle Products need in order to supply me with a complete custom cable?
A: We would need the following information:
- Overall length required
- LCD manufacturer/model number and spec sheet or connector part number
- SBC and/or controller manufacturer/model number and spec sheet or connector part number
- Pin mapping showing how to wire the cable assembly. Note: If necessary, we can create the pin mapping for you if we have complete information for the LCD panel and SBC/controller.
Q: What is your turnaround time for prototypes?
A: We will ship a prototype out to you in less than one week.
Q: Do you sell LCD Modules, Inverters or Controllers/Single Board Computers?
A: No, Quadrangle Products Inc. manufactures cable assemblies interfacing to LCDs. We do not sell LCD modules, Inverters or Controllers/Single Board computers.
Q: Are Quadrangle Products cable assemblies RoHS Compliant?
A: We are on track to be a 100% RoHS compliant by the July 1, 2006 deadline
Q: What is your RMA policy?
A: In the event your cable(s) is not functioning, you are required to
notify Quadrangle Products within 30 days from the original ship date.
Quadrangle Products is not responsible for cables showing signs of
misuse or damage. If it is determined the cable(s) needs to be
re-worked or modified, you need to obtain a RMA number from Quadrangle
Products. You can do this by completing the RMA Request Form or contacting us at RMA@quadrangleproducts.com. Note: cables returned without a RMA number will not be accepted and a $50 penalty fee will be assessed.
