In the event your cable(s) is not working, you are required to notify Quadrangle Products within 30 days from the original ship date. Quadrangle Products is not responsible for cables showing signs of misuse or damage. If it is determined the cable(s) needs to be re-worked or modified, you need to obtain an RMA number from Quadrangle Products.

To Obtain An RMA Number
Choose any of the below ways to obtain an RMA number:
  1. Download this word document, fill it out, and email it to RMA@quadrangleproducts.com.
  2. Download this PDF document, print it out, fill it out, and fax to us at 732-792-8305.
Note: cables returned without a RMA number will not be accepted and a $50 penalty fee will be assessed.
